Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Time:
We offer international shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs clearance or postal delays.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free international shipping—check the banner at the top of the page for current offers.

30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Refah Jewellery purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our support team at Info@refah.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
